At 333 Sunset, we have had the pleasure of working closely with KPC on a wide range of projects throughout our property, and we cannot speak more highly about the entire team and the level of service they provide. Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and overall execution continue to exceed expectations time and time again.

KPC has played a major role in the reconstruction and enhancement of our properties, consistently delivering exceptional work that elevates both the building itself and the experience of our residents. From large-scale renovations to highly customized in-unit requests, their team approaches every project with care, expertise, and a true commitment to excellence.

What stands out most is their ability to handle even the most complex requests with confidence and efficiency. They not only complete the work seamlessly, but they truly blow it out of the park every single time. Their craftsmanship, responsiveness, and ability to bring a vision to life are unmatched.

Beyond the quality of their work, the people behind KPC are what make the partnership so special. Every member of their network is professional, respectful, dependable, and genuinely invested in creating the best possible outcome for both management and residents alike. They have become a trusted extension of our team at 333 Sunset.

We are incredibly grateful for everything KPC has done for our community and would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking a contracting and consulting group that delivers outstanding results with integrity, professionalism, and heart. I've had the privilege to work with Dave and his team on a project. They are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and have one goal in mind: to get the job done correctly and efficiently. When you see a team get together and make sure the client is happy while also making sure the finish product is great, you have to share!
